You feel motivated. You feel inspired. You're ready to get in shape. But, where do you begin?
Many people ask this very question. Don't worry, you don't need to run to the gym every day and exercise until your face turns blue. Rather, I recommend going "SLOW." Yup, you heard that right. Instead of being a "fitness warrior," start small and gradually increase your workout over time- regardless of whether it's running, lifting weights or aerobic exercises. Not only will this minimize your chance for injury but it will also help keep you stay motivated as you get back into shape!
I recently partnered up with Dr. Jed Ballard, ER physician, Men's Health Magazine "Ultimate Guy" 2016, former Army Ranger, fitness consultant to The Doctors TV Show (+ more) to give you an AMAZING workout with just 4 simple exercises that will get you in shape FAST. You will be amazed at how easy this is. Simply follow Jed's suggestions and be prepared to watch your fitness improve!

A thrilling tank warfare extravaganza awaits you in hills of steel game, where strategy and physics meet.
After reading the article, I feel encouraged to start moving! I liked that workouts can be done without putting too much stress on the body, because what matters most is stability and gradualness. It's a great start for those who want to keep themselves in shape without overloading themselves. By the way, if you are also looking to not only improve your physical shape, but also to cope with the academic load, especially in medicine, I recommend you to look at nursing essay writing - there you can find excellent help in writing research papers!
Great article!!! Starting training small is really important advice for those who want to avoid injuries and stay motivated. Often people get in too much of a hurry and this leads to frustration and giving up on training. I totally agree with Dr. Jen - consistency and gradually increasing the load is really the key to success. I'd be happy to try the suggested exercises!
Every time I play horror games, I go through a rollercoaster of emotions from anxiety to suspense. It’s amazing that a game can make me feel so much.
The FNAF games take place in a fictional pizza restaurant called Freddy Fazbear's Pizza.
